Our Mission

Today, across our state, over 275,000 Coloradans remain uninsured, facing daily uncertainty and vulnerability due to a lack of access to essential health services. These are our friends, neighbors, and colleagues—individuals, families, and children who work hard yet are left exposed to the dangers of unforeseen illness or injury. Our new health insurance company is being founded with a singular, urgent goal: to bring high-quality, affordable health coverage to every one of these uninsured Coloradans.

Our approach is innovative and deeply rooted in community needs. We aim to leverage advanced technology, evidence-based care models, and strong partnerships with local providers to reduce costs by eliminating shareholders and reducing administrative costs. These savings will be used to directly care for the uninsured. By focusing on preventive care, education, and doctors, we will not only improve the health of individuals but also strengthen our communities and our economy.

Launching a non-profit health insurance company that is both mission-driven and financially sustainable requires significant initial investment. We are seeking visionary partners who share our commitment to healthcare for all and are willing to invest in a future where no Coloradan is left behind. Healthcare is a universal right, so shareholders should not be a part. Healthcare Insurance for Everyone means non-profit.  Additional funds will be used to cover uninsured Coloradans.

Lower Administrative costs via AI

Today’s AI technology will enable us to keep administrative costs minimal. Historically, US healthcare insurance companies spend 2-3x other developed countries.  

Health Education

Helping Coloradans get and stay healthy is our priority. We'll focus on educating Coloradans on best practices for their health and the health of their family and friends. 

Invest in Doctors

There are not enough doctors in Colorado to provide adequate care for everyone. We’ll invest so that more doctors are available when you need them. A win/win for ALL of us!
